Internet technology makes it possible to benefit from yoga therapy even if we find ourselves in another part of the world. Or, simply on the other side of town with a schedule that makes it difficult to meet face to face.

I have been conducting Zoom sessions with clients and have found this to be a viable and effective way to "meet" with clients scattered far and wide across the continent (and beyond).

Ostensibly, the session process remains the same as if we were meeting in person: phone interview, initial session, and follow up sessions all remain the same. Observational limitations are sometimes compensated by repeating movements at varying angles to the camera to compensate for the one camera perspective. Otherwise, the process is equally effective as if we were in person while, also, having the advantage of being a practice that takes place in the comfort of your own home. Not only is this convenient, but it establishes the practice as a "home" practice which is what it's meant to be.

Pricing remains the same and, like person-to-person sessions,  Zoom session scheduling is based on what works best for you.
