STRENGTH, EASE, AND BREATH VIDEO CLASSES
Strength, Ease, and Breath exercise classes have been designed to promote:
PHYSICAL STRENGTH and RESILIENCE / MENTAL STRENGTH and RESILIENCE and build:
PHYSICAL EASE and STEADINESS / MENTAL EASE and STEADINESS.

THESE 40 MINUTE CLASSES WILL FOCUS ON:
Coordinating moving and breathing.
Working with the breath to strengthen and steady both the body and the nervous system.
Accessing how we’re doing physically/psychologically in the moment.
How we can use moving and breathing to get our minds/bodies more at ease.
This is NOT a yoga class. No prior yoga experience necessary.
A mat is not necessary; any non-slippery surface to work in a comfortable place at home.
HOW TO USE THESE CLASSES:
While the class is 40 minutes, you can practice as much or little of the class as you like, depending on your schedule/time available.
You can omit/skip any of the movements/exercises that you feel (for any reason), aren’t helpful.
